The three principal consultants within Bubnell have long and successful careers in banking and finance. They come from an era when it was necessary to understand the dynamics of business and the importance of accurate financial discipline within.
In addition to this their wider experience of working closely with clients has imparted wider experience of managing people, expectations and also in negotiations. The appreciation of their candidates is apparent in the testimonials received.
It is anticipated that, within the next six months, we will be able to offer sales training skills using the considerable expertise of another consultant joining our team.
Our principals offer extensive, first hand knowledge and boundless experience of the subjects they talk about. They are not career trainers, delivering a generic script; instead, based around a solid framework, they will pass on over 120 years of collective experience of finance, management, dealing with people and situations. There are interactive sessions and exercises designed to assist the passage of knowledge.
Our use, as consultants, draws upon a wealth of commercial experience in lending but also as businessmen. We will not blindly follow a template but will provide a full report addressing the key issues of the business – for either or asset-based lending clients or, indeed, for the owners of a business where we are willing to take on non-exec type positions for a sensible and justifiable cost.
